WinRed is pleased to welcome three new members to the WinRed Board of Directors: Chris LaCivita, Tony Fabrizio & Matt Lira.
Chris LaCivita
Chris LaCivita is a seasoned Republican strategist specializing in campaign management, strategic planning, and message development for political and public affairs campaigns. Most recently, he served as Co-Campaign Manager for Donald Trump’s successful 2024 presidential campaign and as Chief of Staff for the Republican National Committee, guiding the President to electoral victory. With over 30 years of experience, LaCivita has advised candidates at every level, from presidential to state legislative races, as well as Fortune 100 companies, trade associations, and issue advocacy groups.
As Co-Campaign Manager of Trump’s campaign, LaCivita was recognized by Bloomberg for bringing “discipline and professionalism” to the campaign. His ability to navigate unprecedented challenges— including legal battles, security threats, and a shifting political landscape—was highlighted by Politico, which credited him with overseeing a campaign that “prevailed through indictments, convictions, a pair of assassination attempts, and over two Democratic standard-bearers.” Known for his sharp tactical acumen, LaCivita has also been described by PBS News as “a shrewd and ruthless operative who really understands how to target an opponent's weaknesses.”
Recognized as a leading GOP strategist, LaCivita has played a key role in some of the nation’s most competitive Senate and House races, including those of Senators Pat Roberts and Ron Johnson. He twice served as National Political Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee, helping secure historic Republican victories in 2002 and 2010.
His expertise in issue advocacy includes leading Swift Boat Veterans for Truth in 2004, founding The American Issues Project in 2008, and spearheading Preserve America, a Super PAC that raised over $100 million in opposition to Joe Biden in 2020.
LaCivita began his political career in Virginia, managing George Allen’s successful 2000 Senate race and helping the GOP gain control of the state legislature for the first time since Reconstruction. He has held key leadership roles within the Republican Party, including as Political Director for Governor Allen and Executive Director of the Republican Party of Virginia.
Before entering politics, LaCivita served in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Sergeant and seeing combat in the first Gulf War. He was decorated twice, including receiving a Purple Heart for wounds sustained in action.
A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, he is married with two grown children.
Tony Fabrizio
Tony Fabrizio, a partner in Fabrizio, Lee & Associates, is widely recognized as an expert in public opinion and politics and one of the nation’s leading GOP pollsters and strategists. Fabrizio has served as the Chief Pollster on five Presidential campaigns, most notably, and recently, President Donald Trump’s comeback 2024 victory and 2016 upset victory. For his work on President Trump’s Campaigns, Fabrizio’s peers at the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) awarded him with the “Pollster of the Year” award in 2017 and 2025, as well as Innovation of the Year in 2025.
Over the years, Fabrizio has helped elect scores of U.S. Senators, Members of Congress, Governors, and other Statewide elected officials.
Fabrizio has conducted the Wall Street Journal’s election-focused public polling in partnership with Democratic firm Impact Research. Fabrizio has served as a Visiting Fellow at the Universities of Chicago’s Institute of Politics and Georgetown’s Institute of Politics and Public Service.
In addition to his political clientele, Fabrizio has worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies including Visa, Microsoft, Apple, Bank of America, Google, Juul, Uber, Pfizer, Hewlett-Packard, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Dow Chemical, UPS, Altria and PepsiCo to name just a few.
Matt Lira
Matt Lira has spent his career at the intersection of politics, policy, and the innovation economy – helping to shape some of the most consequential conservative victories of the past decade. During the first Trump Administration, he served for four years in the White House Office of American Innovation, where he spearheaded successful efforts to advance pro-growth laws, executive orders, and regulatory reforms – modernizing government operations, delivering billions in saved taxpayer dollars, and empowering private-sector progress in cybersecurity, healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing.
On Capitol Hill, Matt served as a long-time senior advisor to then-House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, playing a key role in the passage of the JOBS Act and the TALENT Act - landmark legislation expanding access to capital markets and bringing more private sector ideas into government. During the 2014 election cycle, Matt served as the Deputy Executive Director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, which delivered the largest Senate gain by either party since 1980 (successfully defending every single existing Republican Senate seat and gaining an additional nine new Senate seats). Throughout his career in politics, Matt has built a reputation for disciplined strategic execution and the ground-breaking use of emerging technologies in support of winning elections.
WinRed continues its commitment to offering Presidential-level fundraising tech to every single Republican race in America, from local school boards up to the U.S. Senate.
Our platform is designed by Republicans for Republicans, and our mission to help GOP candidates and committees win across the country continues.
