To request a refund, use the form above and select "Refund Request." Include the amount, date, and campaign name. Our team typically processes refund requests within 3–5 business days.
Select "Cancel Recurring Donation" above, or cancel directly from your account at winred.com/sign-in under Recurring Donations.
Charges appear as "WinRed" or the campaign name. Contact us with the amount, date, and last 4 digits of the card and we'll investigate right away.
Receipts are emailed automatically. If you didn't receive one, check your spam folder or select "Donation Receipt" in the form above and we'll resend it.
