When donating on WinRed your donations go directly to the candidates you want to support. WinRed does not direct where your donation goes — that is 100% your decision. We just help make sure it gets there securely.
Yes, the WinRed donor support team is happy to refund any donation that you did not intend to make. We can process refunds up to 60 days after the charge — after that you will need to contact the campaign itself, as WinRed does not keep your donation.
Of course — we are happy to cancel any future donation so you are not charged again.
WinRed never charges without your permission. If you accidentally opted into a recurring donation, we are happy to help cancel it and refund it for you.
