Coming Soon to WinRed: Bulk Add Page Tags

WinRed began 2025 by releasing Page Tags — a powerful new organizing tool allowing you to group pages and better sift through the pages in your account.

Coming soon, users will see a Bulk Add button in the My Pages tab.

Accounts have hundreds and even thousands of pages within their WinRed account, and the Bulk Add button will be a huge timesaver for digital teams and campaign staff alike. 

What’s New

Currently, users have the option of adding a Tag or Sub-Tag to a page to group them together with other pages that share the same medium, purpose or other characteristic. More on Page Tags can be found here. 

WinRed users will soon be able to Bulk Add a Page Tag to a grouping of pages using filters in the Pages → My Pages tab. This will help users retroactively organize their existing pages by attaching Tags and Sub-Tags, bringing an effective new structural tool to the platform. 

Using Bulk Add Page Tags

The Bulk Add Page Tags feature will serve several purposes for users on WinRed:

• Bulk Tag Using the Bill Pay Filter

Find pages with Vendors attached to them by tagging pages that have Bill Pay added in your Pages → My Pages tab. This will be a game changer in the future when it comes to filtering in your Reporting Tool.

• Bulk Tag Using Vendor Naming Conventions

Tag pages using the search feature in the Pages → My Pages tab and tag a group of pages with the same naming convention on an account. For example, if you name your pages by including a vendor’s abbreviation, search for “vendor x” in the search bar and bulk tag those pages.

• Bulk Tag By Medium

If you include a page’s medium in your page title, you will soon be able to search for pages that include “ads,” “text,” or “website” and bulk add a tag to those specific pages.
